Healing Body And Mind - Message Global

We’re so excited to see all that God is doing through Message Germany as young people are encouraged and equipped to share the gospel and step out in mission. We caught up with team member Jacob to hear what’s been happening.

‘We had the most incredible time at our Youth Conference in Chemnitz where 200 young people came along for prayer, worship, talks and seminars and connecting with other young people. As the youth pressed into Jesus and heard the gospel, 65 responded!

One story which really impacted me was about a young person we’ve been journeying with for a long time. She’s been feeling anxious about the future and not knowing what her next steps would be but I got chatting with her and we prayed that she would experience God and feel peace. Straight after praying, she said how joyful she felt and the change in her was noticeable! But even more than that, whilst praying for her, I also felt God’s joy and peace in a new way – I love how we are also blessed when we step out and pray for others.

God did amazing things during the conference, and we saw many people step up and pray for healing for one another. As they did, the atmosphere in the room was incredible and God healed people’s minds and bodies. Another story was of a girl who’d had bad back pain for over two years. No matter what she did, no doctors or medication helped with the pain. Inspired by what God was doing throughout the conference, a group of her friends gathered round her and prayed for healing, and as they did, her back pain totally disappeared and hasn’t come back since! How incredible!’
